Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping destinations: We currently provide checkout and delivery to the United States and Canada.

1. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Standard, in-stock machine orders are processed, tested, and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Express transit normally takes 5–10 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 8–17 business days.

Custom or heavy-duty systems may require 10–20 business days before dispatch. We will confirm the applicable lead time before the order is finalized.

2. Shipping Cost

Free shipping is provided for orders delivered to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. If an address or order requires exceptional freight arrangements, we will disclose and obtain approval for any additional charge before shipment.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

United States: import duties are included in the price. You pay nothing more on delivery.

Canada: import duties are included for most orders. We will tell you before dispatch if your order is an exception.

Other countries: shipping and duties are quoted per order. Contact info@htmarker.com.

4. Tracking

A tracking number or Bill of Lading will be sent by email after the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Receiving and Damage Claims

Inspect the package before signing. If damage is visible, note “CRATE DAMAGED – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the carrier receipt, take photos/video before and during unpacking, and email info@htmarker.com with the order number and evidence within 48 hours.
