By accessing our website and purchasing our industrial marking equipment (including Laser Systems and Dot Peen Markers), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. As a B2B (Business-to-Business) manufacturer, our policies are designed to ensure secure, transparent, and efficient global transactions.

💳 1. Accepted Payment Methods

To provide a secure checkout experience for our global clients, HT Marker partners with industry-leading, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Airwallex and Stripe).

  • ✅ Major Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for standard online purchases.

🛡️ 2. Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification

Protecting our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions is our top priority. Our payment gateways utilize advanced anti-fraud algorithms.

  • Billing Match Required: Your billing address MUST exactly match the address on file with your credit card issuing bank. Mismatched information will result in an automatic transaction decline.

  • Manual Verification: If an order is flagged as high-risk by our payment processor (e.g., shipping to a different country than the billing address, or unusually large first-time orders), HT Marker reserves the right to pause the order.

    ⚠️ Important Notice: In such cases, our compliance team may reach out to request additional identity verification, such as a copy of a Company Registration Certificate, Business License, or a valid Government-issued Photo ID. The order will not be processed until verification is successfully completed.

🛑 3. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that project requirements can change. However, processing and preparing industrial machinery incurs immediate administrative and gateway costs. Please review our strict B2B cancellation tiers below:

A. Cancellation Before Shipment (Standard Machines) If you request to cancel a standard machine order before it has been dispatched from our facility, we will issue a refund, minus a 5% transaction processing fee. (Reasoning: Credit card processing networks charge non-refundable fees the moment a transaction is placed. This 5% covers the unrecoverable gateway and administrative costs.)

B. Cancellation of Custom Orders Any machine that requires custom modifications, specialized rotary fixtures, customized voltages, or non-standard marking areas is considered a Custom Order.

  • Once production or customization has commenced, Custom Orders CANNOT be canceled and are 100% non-refundable.

C. Cancellation After Shipment Once the wooden crate has been picked up by the freight carrier or courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

⚖️ 4. General B2B Commercial Terms

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. For US orders, import duties are included in the price. For Canada and other countries, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Limitation of Liability: HT Marker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of production time or loss of profit) arising from the use or inability to use our marking equipment.

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
